At Triple Arrow we make building your dream home straightforward and enjoyable. We create detailed 3D visuals for every project so you always know exactly what you are getting with no surprises.

We use only the finest finishes sourced from around the world. Our in-house team works closely with trusted design and engineering partners to keep things moving smoothly while delivering exceptional quality and personal attention from start to finish.

Discovery & Consultation

Our process begins with a relaxed, one hour conversation. Whether we meet in the office or at your project site, the goal is simple: get to know each other and make sure we are the right fit.

We discuss your vision at a high level, including design preferences, timeline, location, and budget. This is your chance to ask questions and share what matters most to you. By the end of the meeting, we both have a clear understanding of the goals and whether moving forward together makes sense.

If everything aligns, we typically move toward preparing a contract for your review. Depending on how much pre-work you have already done, this may happen right away or require one or two additional conversations.

Design & Planning

We begin by listening closely. You share photos and inspiration of homes you love, and we get a clear picture of your style and what matters most to you.

From there we create a custom floor plan complete with sample elevations and photorealistic 3D renders so you can see exactly how your home will look and feel. We move at your pace, and once you are happy with the design we finalize the full package.

Throughout this phase we carefully incorporate all HOA, city, and county requirements so everything stays compliant from the start. When you sign off on the plans, they are ready to be submitted for permitting with no surprises.

Pre-Construction & Permitting

With your signed plans in hand, we take care of everything needed to get your project ready for construction. We handle the full coordination of permits, contractor selection, and finalizing the complete construction budget.

This turnkey phase typically takes two to six weeks, depending on bank involvement and local requirements. You receive regular updates and full visibility into costs and timelines so there are never any surprises.

Once everything is approved and in place, we are ready to break ground.

Custom Construction

Construction begins with a dedicated project lead on site every day. They coordinate with all contractors, monitor progress, and make sure teams have exactly what they need to keep the work moving smoothly and to the highest standards.

You receive weekly photo updates so you can see the progress firsthand. If anything looks different from the plans, we ask you to let us know right away so we can correct it quickly. Design and finish decisions are handled in real time and tracked until they are complete.

This phase typically takes six to eighteen months, depending on the size and complexity of your home and how quickly decisions are made. Throughout the process you have full visibility and a single point of contact who keeps everything on track.

Final Walkthrough & Handover

We walk through your finished home together and note any final details that need attention. We create a punch list and take care of everything promptly so you can move in with complete confidence.

You receive a detailed binder with your construction plans, design selections, appliance manuals, and a helpful maintenance guide. We hand over the keys and explain your standard one year builder warranty plus extended coverage from trusted third parties.

This final phase usually takes one to two weeks. After you move in we remain available for any questions or support you may need.
